Pcos and chemical pregnancy

So last month I was waiting on my period and took a test like wth I know it’s gon be negative but for kicks and giggles let’s see and surprisingly it was positive. I was in shock I didn’t know what to think what to do I was excited I haven’t seen a positive test in over ten years and ten years ago that resulted in a miscarriage. So within a week it went away it was a chemical pregnancy. I was hurt but the pain I was feeling I knew it wasn’t going to last. So my question is anyone ttc currently that has pcos and had a chemical pregnancy how long did it take after the chemical to get pregnant again. It gave me hope so I’m not gon give up I’m just wanting to have a baby that was my third lost and I don’t know if I can stand to feel that pain again.
