Pregnancy and workouts
Can someone tell some things that are safe to do? I’m one week away from being in my 2nd trimester. I am 13weeks pregnant today and I have not been doing any exercises at all because I’m not sure what I can and can’t do. Plus my husband thinks that exercise will kill our baby so he doesn’t want me doing anything unless it’s okay. But I was on a weight loss before I got pregnant and I have gained a good bit already and I feel absolutely miserable. I also was doing intermittent fasting and when I did the two I felt good and lost weight. And now I’m just stuck and feel gross about myself.
