Weight loss journey
Hey ladies,
I am on my journey to losing weight and getting into shape. I have had 3 children one being 5 months ago, I have a 12 year old by c section, 9 year old by vbac and my 5 month by vbac. I am currently doing fitness, I drink 2 shakes a day as an extreme diet meal replacement. I'm currently 13st 11 and I want to get to at 10/11 st. Is there anything else I can do to boost my weight loss. I have good days and bad days,.bad days I feel like there are no changes and feel so ugly. I haven't got any new ones yet,will be getting photos tomorrow as it's weigh day. I will post in comments tomorrow, any advice will help to help push it that bit further
