I posted once before looking for advice and it happened. My land lord let himself into my apartment while I was fully nude and started tearing through my apartment telling me I’m being evicted because of my service dog.. I have a medical doctors note prescription from my doctor for her ( no fake registrations or anything) , sent that to him after he got done insulting and violating my privacy as well as the Ada website on service dogs and he basically came back and said I was a dumb POS and shouldn’t fuck with him.. on the eviction notice it says smell of animal and tenant complaints I’ve lived here less than 5 days not possible I’ve never even ran into another tenant.

Sheriff was contacted due to the him letting himself in thing , court house was called and I was given the number to a Public defender who was contacted .. it’s a 10 day eviction notice. He’s saying In the lease he can evict me for anything he wishes .. it doesn’t say that nor obviously service dogs .. it said pets and “ therapy pets “ that’s not my dog ..

I’ve been so sick and shaken up over the whole thing and I know I’m right the man has said he will do anything possible to get me out .. he’s let himself into my apartment while I’m nude with vocal warning not to come in he has no respect for me or my boundaries or privacy and property.

He’s told people I know that he’s planning on throwing all of my stuff out while I’m at work .. this man is crazy even the local courts and sheriff are familiar with this man because he is such a nuisance to them, and his other tenants happened apparently with him ..

What do I do ??

 I’m out of state and I spent all of my money paying the 1800 into the apartment ..
