I take combined birth control pills and I went on a 4 day trip and completely forgot to bring them. When I came back yesterday I threw away the ones I missed and took the one I needed to take yesterday. Although I started my withdrawal bleed today ( a week earlier then I’m supposed to). I would normally start my sugar pills next week, should I keep taking the last 3 active pills I have left before my sugar pills, then also take the sugar pills and start my new pack after ? I saw some posts say I need to take active pills right after I finish them when this happens. I’m not really sure how to fix my cycle now that it’s been messed up
