Delayed Period

So I've had my first cesarean in Aug 2022 and even after it , my period has been regular all through September to December with my cycle being 33/35 . On this day I am 1 week late . I have not gotten my period by expected period date and I've taken pregnancy 6 tests that showed negative for 5 & a super faint line for 1 but I wouldnt say it could be positive . These results were after 4 and more days of being late . I've been cramping since the month started but no period and no positive , so what's going on ? 😭 Has any Mama experienced this ?
