Back acne

How do I get rid of back acne? My prom is coming up in 2 months and I want to wear a open back dress, but I can’t because I have back acne and I don’t know how to get rid of it. I also have scars too and they won’t fade away, I try everything to help with my back but nothing works. Can someone help me please!
