What's your 4 months routine?
Our 4 month old has a really good bed time routine that we have followed since 6 weeks old. For his day naps he goes down pretty well for his first nap but then can fight his naps after that. We follow his sleepy ques and wake windows but he can become fussy. Wanting to create a better daily routine to ensure hes getting the day sleep he needs.
