Thin and off centre with these tests is an evap/indent
 It tells you in the leaflet that to be positive the test line should be the same thickness as the control.
Plus, at 5/6 days "late" you would be getting a pretty convincing positive now. It's probably that you ovulated later than you thought you did. I'm currently 13 days "late" BUT I didn't track ovulation at all this past cycle as was too busy with Christmas etc. I've taken 2 tests and they're both negative. Definitely not pregnant - just a late ovulation cycle.
