How much “me time” is excessive when you’re a parent?

How much “alone time” or time away from parenting is excessive?

In general I do believe every parent is entitled to time to themselves to pursue hobbies or just relax, but I’m curious what everyone else deems excessive. Part of being an active parent is accepting there is a level of sacrifice to recreation like gaming. The only time I really dedicate to my own hobbies are when my kids are at school, napping, or in bed for the night.
