Sciatica and mucus plug?

I’m on my third baby. I remember having this pain with my previous two. But is it possible the pain a from the sciatica would make parts of my mucus plug come out? I’m 33 weeks, and it’s been over 24 hours of the sharp pain and no stretch or rest is helping me relieve this pinched nerve. I also had my second at 37 weeks so I assume I’ll have this baby same time or maybe earlier ? I also have dropped since last week.
