My baby girl she has 5 months and she didn’t give me the fall signs she needs more and more BTW I breast feed her

Foods at this age is just for fun and experimentation. Their nutrients still need to be coming primarily from breastmilk or formula. Continue to breastfeed as you would, and then offer a teaspoon or two of whatever food you’re introducing

Mine is 4 1/2 months and we just tried some purée for fun today. Doctor told us when baby can sit supported, seems interested, can hold up head it’s ok to slow introduce it. Also this is my second so I felt more confident in trying, if it’s your first I would ask the doc!
