Help/advice please!

According to Glow, I was due to ovulate last Tuesday. I took an ovu test on Fri (13th) and there was a definite line (bit faint), and prior to this (from the previous Friday, 6th) I had very light, light to dark brown spotting. I also had cramps on my left side from that time, so I’ve definitely ovulated.

Today, I had more cramping (but more generalised) but also this bright red bleeding mixed with clear discharge. I’ve not seen this before, and as I ovulated a week or so ago, I have no idea what is going on 😂
