6 weeks pregnant with bright red bleeding

I found out a week ago I was pregnant. I went to the ER today bc I had a bad feeling they did an ultrasound and found the heartbeat it was 109. Did bloodwork all came back normal. Hcg levels were 9830. And when I can back home I laid down for a couple of hours and got up to find when I went to the bathroom bright red blood when I wiped. I’m soo scared I’ve never had a miscarriage before I hope this is normal. Can someone please give me some insight on this. I’ve had 2 healthy pregnancies and this is my 3rd. Does this mean I am having one?? I’m so heartbroken and scared.
