Are you the same person who doesn't live with her husband and found 2 panties that don't belong to you or your daughter or are you the one whose husband bathes his 11 year old adopted son and is obssesed with his underwear? If you are either of the two or a different woman, I'm very sorry to tell you that you're married to a pedophile.  You need to keep a close eye on him around your child(ren), confront him about it and file for divorce.  Personally, I would also report the matter to the police because I highly doubt that he randomly stole them from a store or out of a drawer. If he has tem, something highly inappropriate must have happened between him and the owner.

The only reason that wouldn’t be weird is if he had a child but that isn’t the vibe I’m getting from this situation. Also, if it innocently was his kids, it would be like under a bed or in the hallway where it could have just been thrown, not like, hidden in a night stand etc. if it’s creepy to you it IS creepy. 
That being said, just because he has child underwear doesn’t mean that he actually harmed a child. He could have a fetish and just have bought the underwear. That would be concerning enough to me to leave him and make sure my children (if I had any) were never around him. I also out of curiosity would probably pay for one of those background checks to see if he’s on a list or convicted of a crime. You could always call the cops but I’m not sure what they would legally be able to do. They could probably get him if they looked through his computer but they can’t just barge in and I’m not sure a single pair of underwear would justify much action legally.

My ex husband is. I didn’t notice things until about 4 years into the relationship. I kept noticing him say odd things, doing odd things… watch him closely and you will have your answer.
