Husband doesn't want it but complains we don't do it enough.

My husband ends up falling asleep in the recliner before he finally goes to bed. Most nights he goes to bed with the intent for us to have sex but he doesn't initiate it. But in the morning he lets me know that he was naked waiting for me. If I stopped initiating sex we wouldn't have sex. So why is it up to me to get things going? . Don't we, as women have enough to make sure happens for the sake of maintaining normalcy? Am I a bad wife if I just don't intitiate it anymore? Can I send him to a class on how to be intimate 😂 but seriously.😐
