Had a very early miscarriage july 2022 and got pregnant again this past November. Was worried from the start that it wasn’t going to be a good one but got HR at 7 weeks in December. Came in for 12 week scan to find baby measuring 3 weeks small and no HR now. So so distraught over this I’ve not had any signs I’ve miscarried. Going to have D&C if it’s not progressed by next week. What do I expect? I naturally miscarried last time but I was barely 5-6 weeks. When could we try again? I’m so terrified to have this happen again can we do testing? Something must be wrong I’ve had two healthy boys before these pregnancies no issues. I just don’t understand what I’m doing wrong💔
