Clogged duct?

Every time I pump, for the last 2 1/2 days I get out what I assume are clogs. I am massaging, hand expressing, heat, ice, all the things and have still been getting decent sized clumps each time. Usually when I have a clogged duct once since get one out everything goes back to normal but it hasn’t yet.

It’s only on one side and that side is currently producing less and more yellow milk. I’m 10 weeks pp. I have also been taking lecithin.
