My husband and I have experienced 3 miscarriages since Oct 2021 with no living children. I was able to have a D&C for our last loss in Nov 2022 where they also tested the embryo. We found out that the loss was due to Trisomy 16. We unfortunately will never know what caused the first 2 losses.

We were referred to a fertility specialist where they ran RPL panels, an SHG (no tube blockages, normal uterine cavity, healthy ovaries with lots of eggs — nothing to be concerned about) & semen analysis (everything came back normal). Everything came back within “normal” range, except I had very slightly elevated cardiolipin levels (although not elevated enough to get diagnosed with APS/blood clotting disorder).

We met with our doctor to review our treatment plan. Because we weren’t able to find any issues based on what we were tested / looked at for, there was not a very significant treatment plan put in place.

Our “treatment plan” is for me to begin taking a daily baby aspirin & incorporate progesterone suppositories after ovulation. I’m wondering if anyone else has been put on a similar protocol / results / thoughts / advice. I’m hoping to hear success stories for women who have been in a similar situation & have followed the baby aspirin & progesterone protocol and had a healthy pregnancy and live birth.
