Does flaxseeds help breast growth?

I keep seeing online that flax seeds can help with breast growth has anyone tried ?

It’s good for you but if it helped boobs get bigger I would be huge right now lol, I literally ate flax seed everyday for over two years 🥲 I did end up getting some cream off Amazon that actually worked really well and gave me some lift and I did end up going up a cup size. Not sure if I would’ve went up more if I had kept using it, I got pregnant with my son after like six months. But it gave me firmer breasts and they did get bigger 🤷🏻‍♀️ now I’m just hoping I can find some to firm up my nursing boobs when I’m done 😭
