Pink discharge
Had this today at 9w4d
Also had an ultrasound today and baby was active with a strong heartbeat. Didn’t see any issues on ultrasound but I’m totally freaked out.

Edit: ultrasound was on my belly. I didn’t have sex and the discharge occurred before my ultrasound.
