6 month old exclusively breastfed baby started solids a few weeks ago. Past 4-ish days she’s been hasn’t pooped very much other than a few tiny sharts, mostly green and pretty solid (not completely). But she seems to push quite hard when she tries to go and nothing really happens. Her poor little face turns red and she tries so hard, is there anything I can do to help her poop? She used to go every 1-2 days and they were quite bountiful poos but it worries me that she hasn’t had a full one yet. I usually only give her a little bit of purée in the early afternoon and sometimes a little in the later afternoon if she seems particularly hungry.
