Am i Ovulating 5 months post partum no period?

I just delivered my daughter 5 months ago. Last night I had egg white cervical mucus and did an OPK this morning and this is the result. Am I ovulating already? I’m breastfeeding and I have not yet had my period. Very crampy on both sides by my ovaries 🫣 way worse than any ovulation pain I’ve experienced before I was pregnant.
