Should I be worried?

I have a cyst in my vagina and I noticed it had white dots as well as another part of my vagina, I tested negative for an std but I’m still very much worried. I wish I could show a picture but I’m embarrassed, can someone help?

You should see a doctor. No need to be embarrassed, they see things like that all the time

I get like white spots/ red lumps after shaving but I had an sti test and got the results back and was all clear, so it could be from shaving. And an ex I was with used to get cysts down there when she was due on but she had been to the doctors for them. And if you didn’t want to show but suspect it could be an sti then you could get tested and they will just give you swabs to do in the bathroom (or this is how it happened in my doctors) and then if you have something it should clear up on the medication
