Implantation bleeding?

So usually my cycle is a heavy flow, on my first day of my cycle after using the bathroom I get cramps and my flow begins to get heavy during the day. This time I’ve been spotting since day one of my cycle with mild cramps, when I usually have the worst cramp pains.

I put on a

pad just in case it was to get heavier but I’m now 3 days into my “cycle” and I’m still just spotting. When I use the bathroom just a little blood in the toilet or when I wipe. The picture is day 3 of my “cycle” Is this my period or could it possibly be implantation?
