Anyone elses baby want both breasts at a feed?

I was told by the health visitor that i shouldn’t feed on both breasts on one feed but the past few days my baby has wanted both breasts at each feed. It’s the only way to settle him. Is that bad? 
My daughter is 3 1/2 now and i used to always feed her on both and she turned out fine 🙁

My baby has eaten off both sides in one feed since like 2 months. My lactation consultant said its normal.

Same as others have said- I offer mine the other to make sure he’s done, and if he’s not then he’ll take it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wouldn’t sweat it. Don’t doubt yourself.

Feed on demand. Sometimes after one side they may be fine, other times they want both. Give both whenever needed! Your body will keep up with the demand 😊

I’m Not an expert, but I have always heard to feed both sides. Dinner and dessert is what I was taught. The first side is their main meal then offer the second.sometimes they will take it sometimes they won’t. My little guys nurses bathed sides 98% of the time. Maybe ask them why they suggested only  one side.

My baby feeds on both sides ? Both of my kids have. You don’t want to be lob sided is my opinion.
