Eczema cream?

Need some help! My daughter is breaking out in little eczema patches all over her back. She’s 6 months and hasn’t had any issues until now. Unfortunately everything we tried with my son is not working with my daughter. Any suggestions???

Eczema is a beast. Lots of trial and error until you find a routine and products that work and even then it might not continue to work. 
Right now we're doing baking soda baths and layering CeraVe daily moisturizer and then Aveeno nighttime balm. When she flares up we do bleach baths a couple times a week until it calms down.

Hydrocortisone cream should help a lot reduce bath time to like only give a bath at least 3nights before previous bath just to let her skin Re hydrate! 
Coconut oil it’s also a dream for eczema I use Thai for my son😊

Definitely different for each kid. It's super weird. But for my son I had success with bioderma or la roche posay with aquaphor over it multiple times a day. My daughter, we tried everything from eucerin, bioderma, la Roche posay, aveeno, etc. and nothing helped. We even used the prescription stuff and it would get rid of it for a few days and come back worse so stopped with that. The only cream I found success with for her is attitude baby leaves and I apply it multiple times a day, the more, the better.
