No but it's inappropriate and most likely against the rules at your job. Most business handbooks state that an employee is not to be contacted about work related issues outside of work hours. If I were you I would report this to HR and whoever is over your supervisor. Also you are not obligated to respond to anything that has to do with work outside of your work hours. If you're off the clock and they are calling and messaging you don't answer.

I wouldn’t say it’s abusive but it should’ve waited until you worked again to be discussed in person. I personally wouldn’t have even answered

It isnt abusive. Inappropriate maybe, depends on the circumstances. Petty mistakes can wait until next business day. Something major maybe not eg I was a director/social worker and if I made a big mistake regarding a client yeah I would have probably gotten an urgent phone call after hours.
