Hi. My daughter is 3 and for the past 2 days her lymph nodes on both sides of her neck have slightly swollen. They are moveable and not hard, she hasn’t complained of them being painful either. I took her to the doctor yesterday where she was checked over by a nurse and although there were no obvious signs of any illness, the nurse said her throat was a bit red. She said it was viral, now I know I should be satisfied with that information but I have severe health anxiety and ever since we came home I’ve been having panic attacks, constantly trying to check her neck, crying to myself. This morning I was even physically sick from the worry.

I guess my questions are, has anyone experienced these swollen nodes with their own children and if so, how long does it last? And second of all, has anyone got any tips to help me with my worrying
