This is a long one.. Has anyone experienced this?
So I had my first daughter in 2014. About 4 months later, I developed some stiffness(?) On the right side of my neck and headaches. It was really uncomfortable. I was 17 at that time and really scared. I went to the hospital and they did blood tests and an xray. Nothing abnormal. I kept going to the hospital and different doctors. Everyone said it was normal. I learned to live with it. In 2019, I tried again. I went to a doctor who told me it was from anxiety and another doctor said it was from stress. I finally went to a chiropractor who said my spine was more towards my right side. I tried a few sessions but I couldn't afford to keep going and the relief only lasted a short time. I decided to try again this year. I found a doctor who actually noticed that something was different. She's running blood tests to see if I have allergies or anything like that. She recommended the chiropractor and physical therapy. I was able to find a neck specialist online and I scheduled an appointment for Feb 3. I'm a little worried. I'm telling myself that if it was something serious, someone would have noticed something. (I've had 2 more pregnancies since it started.) But yeah, the anxiety has taken over my life.
If you look at the pictures, you can see that my right side is higher than my left. The muscle sticks out more and I feel a lot of tension.
