I don’t drink pop every day but a few times a week. 
I didn’t drink pop for 15 years . When I got pregnant with my first in 2017 I got into Diet Coke and it’s still my thing 😂

I drank some sips of McDonald’s coke during my first trimester here and there. Now I drank zero sugar Gatorade to satisfy my sweet cravings, and 1/3 cup of Thai tea boba (25% sugar) a week here and there haha.

I allow myself a cup of coffee (half caffeine brew) and a can of Dr Pepper per day. I admit some days I slip up and have a little more than that but that’s usually what I try to stick to.

I mean if it’s a tiny can why not. That’s what I do. It’s not a lot of caffeine I just make sure to drink a bit more water for the sugar
