What are somethings I can work on from being so nervous in front of people?
For some reason now my anxiety goes through the roof when I’m talking in front of a group of people. I decided to take on some extra work at my job to overcome this bad anxiety (also getting paid more money)I have and try to work through my nerves. When I’m reading out loud you would of thought I was dyslexic and it’s so embarrassing because I read so good, my nerves just takes over and I hate it. What can I do?
