severe constipation while pregnant 🥲

I haven’t used the bathroom in 5 days. FIVE DAYS. & my obgyn is telling me I can only take miralax and milk of magnesia twice a day which I have for the last 3 days and still can’t use the bathroom!!!!! I am in so much pain I don’t know what to do any recommendations😭😭
