Birthing ball
Does bouncing on a birthing ball cause bad lightning crotch for anyone else? I can only bounce for a few and then baby starts going crazy and causes instant shooting pains that I can barely walk from after. Could I just be dilating? I’ll be 36 weeks Monday.
