Is this a lip and tongue tie?
Do I have to get surgery on it? She is eating fine and gaining etc her tongue comes out of her mouth etc. my main concern is that if she has one I’m worried about speech (I’m a teacher) I don’t want her to go to speech class if I can fix the issues now. Thanks
