My Armpits smell so Bad

Can my doctor help?

My Armpit smells like a Skunk it's itchy and I'm thinking it's a yeast and bacteria I don't know if there's a swab or test my doctor can do to help with this? I took antibiotics for a UTI it was 500mg antibiotics three times a day for two weeks! And they gave me prescription for yeast two doses I took and I still have this stinky armpit I wash it and the smell goes away but as soon as I sweat or just hanging out a few hours later the odor happens.

I wanted to know are there any home remedies to help with body odor or is there something medical can cause this? What test can I get done my armpit stinks its itchy what products do you recommend?
