You go to your doctor or local walk in clinic first thing in the morning. You'll be in the hospital all night if you go to ER when you could simply walk in to your primary care or clinic to have a urinalysis tomorrow.

If it is a kidney infection, you will need antibiotics since it is a serious infection. I would not wait 2 weeks to see a dr.

Kidney stones are very common with pregnancy. Let’s just be honest you pee constantly, so you avoid water or drinking to not pee so much, hence the issues with your kidneys.

Do not wait two weeks. Urgent care in the morning. They are for more pressing but non-emergent situations. They can do a urine test and prescribe antibiotics if necessary.
