BBT time?

Does it matter what time of day you take your temperature?  Is there anything I should know before taking it?

Yes you only take it first thing upon waking up, before moving, getting up out of bed. Same time every day.

Take it as soon as you wake up, before moving a lot, talking, etc.  I took mine between 530-6am everyday.

Okay that makes sense because my chart looks way off.. but yesterday I checked it for the first time later in the day. And it didn't look right.
