Ingrown hairs down there TMI

So I’ve always been shaving for years I would get razor bumps but not ingrowns I later found a product for the razor bumps. Then after I stopped being scary I started getting waxed. First 2/3 waxes was good then after I started getting soooo many ingrowns hairs and I’ve never had them before. I switched waxers , products after Soo long and not seeing a difference.. I switched underwear, soap , exfoliators … at this point I might just have to ask my doctor or does anyone know any remedies? It gets better one week then next back red and inflamed yes I know I’m about to pop that white bump 😬😬😬😬 I just want it to be smooth and no redness or bumps
