is it normal to have upper dull abdominal pain on and off at 5 weeks pregnant all day? It started early this morning and has been on and off all day. It kinda feels like my upper stomach is in knots. It moves from one side to the other in pain and sometimes in the middle! It’s right under my chest and on my sides . There’s no bleeding and I’m still feeling tired , peeing a lot and my breast are sore on and off all day..
