Diarrhea for this makes 3 days 12 weeks pregnant.

Not sure what to do. I emailed my dr office and the nurses said to stay hydrated and stick to bland diet. Try something called Imodium if I wanted. I have not yet. Today is Saturday this was Thursday they said this. They said if I’d continue to have symptoms contact office back… well now I

it’s weekend…. My stomach since yesterday has been making gurgling noises and obnoxious gas sounds too. My husband told me this morning when I finally got some sleep that my stomach was making crazy noises. Diarrhea is super watery and loose. Idk what to do?? Has anyone experienced this? Not sure what happened what I ate maybe or what I did to cause this. I just want my baby to be okay. Do I go to the hospital?? Help please I’m now getting nervous. Thanks
