labor?

i got my cervix checked&membrane sweep yesterday & i’m 2cm dilated, an hour later maybe i peed , wiped and noticed light blood but didn’t think much of it since i’m not in actual pain just feeling braxton hicks back to back. this morning i threw up and peed , wiped and saw light colored blood with like mucus in it .. the only pain i felt is from yesterday night i could this weird sharp pain on the lower part of my stomach down to my vagina it was so random it made me like shout 😅🤣 but could this be early labor or should i get checked? i’m 38 weeks and 6 days. i have a strong feeling i’m gonna go into labor soon.
