Im only one is not showing ?

Hey im 14 weeks and some days almost 15weeks , and I’m not showing at all … like nothing and I’m in the same weight … I try to eat a little bit more , but nothing, mostly I’m loosing weight… I’m sorry because my last pregnancy I showed up so fast at my 8 weeks … and this is my 3rd pregnancy… and we have a nipt test and shows it’s a boy , my third boy, but idk I have a feeling it’s wrong because my last baby only have 10 months old when I figure it out I was pregnant and they do the nipt test at 9 weeks , but they tell me they never get any results wrong, but it’s my moms instinct tell me something is wrong, now idk how to feel … someone tell me I’m not the only one .. 😔 I feel a terrible mother to feel like that
