Biotin for Hair or weight gain ?!
I’ve been taking Biotin-that includes Vitamin B in it, for the past week for strengthening hair and nails. However, I noticed I’ve gained 1.2kg. My body feels fuller and heavier. I haven’t changed my diet so my only explanation would be coming from supplement.
Since there’s not enough research on it, I’ve read one of the side affects is problems with insulin release. Has anyone taken them or has experience with it???
