Am I having a misscarrige ? HELP

So I went to the doc Monday I supposed to be 8 week 1 day but by scan read 6 w 1d with no heart beat . However I went to the ER the next day to confirm and still no heartbeat but my HCG levels were 6,000 isn't that high ?? Even for 6 week ? If I am 6 weeks which I honestly believe I am 8 because I remember my lmp !

​PLEASE SOMEONE HELP THEY PERSCRIBED ME THE MEDS TO MAKE THE BLEEDING START AND HAVE THE SAC PASS .

It sounds like the baby possibly stopped growing at 6 weeks. Can you ask them to test your levels and see if they go up in a few days? If they are the same then the baby stopped growing. Good luck to you

I literally just went through the exact same thing 16 days ago. Growth stopped at 6wks 4days when I should have measured 8wks. We had a heartbeat at 7wks 1day but only measured 5wks 6days but I still knew my ovulation date from opk's and my lmp. I also had the meds to start the MC. My baby didnt have heartbeat until 6wk2d and it was very low! With my first hers wasn't until almost 7wks before we saw it! Shes now almost 8yrs old and healthy!

My levels were over 8000, but same thing. Heartbeat stopped around week 7.

Same thing happened to me.  My doctor said not to take the meds until my hcg levels started dropping instead if rising, (just to be 100% sure) which took another week or so unfortunately...
