Climbing out of crib!!

So I have been co sleeping with my daughter since 9 months, after we traveled out of state and then Covid hit… she would no longer sleep in her crib, literally tried everything!!! Anyways, we are slowly getting her back in the groove of things, but today she was freaking out and climbed out and over and fell out of the crib, like a good 3 foot fall. She was ok, but what do I do now?! The mattress is all the way down!! She is 14 months and has been fully walking since 10 months! Help!
