Numbing Cream for PIO Shots
Hi Ladies!
HELP!
I'm starting progesterone in oil intramuscular injections soon and, while the belly shots were easy and blood draws are fine... the dreaded PIO needles are scaring the #$%@* out of me.
I've been told lidocaine helps but I've heard mixed reviews. I'd LOVE Synera patches but it's $580 for 30 of them.
Any suggestions?
I'm already planning on using a smaller needle since I am a very thin person.
