My second was sunny side up. My doctor turned him as I was pushing, but he did end up swallowing some fluid on his way out. He was perfectly fine, they just had to take him away immediately after birth to suction him instead of giving him right to me!

My first was sunny side up. The obgyn turned her before I pushed and she turned very easily, so I was able to deliver her while she was facing my back. She was put on my chest right away and didn't have any complications.
I was induced with pitocin. My contractions were very painful and it felt like she was trying to come out of my butthole 😂. I kept passing gas too 🙈. I had the epidural so I wasn't in pain the whole time. Once the obgyn turned her it felt much better! 
Maybe ask them if they can help turn baby while in labour :)
