I have this tiny spot by my eye and it feels like dry skin and also burns. Wondering if this is excema?

i get this too whenever the weather is cold along with excema on my arms, i use a prescribed excema cream and it usually helps if i use it consistently twice a day

Could be contacted dermatitis. Use any new products or had a lot of crying going on? Looks like irritated skin
