Miscarriage or blood clot?
I was expecting my period around this time, but the last few days leading up to it have felt different. I’ve felt a general tense sensation in my ovaries, it’s very difficult to explain. This came out today and it didn’t look like usual clots. Maybe it’s the shape that’s throwing me off, idk.
